Rodrigo Nicolau Blanchet is a Pre-Doctoral Research Associate at the Department of Economics (University of Zurich). His main research interests lie at the intersection between development, public finance and behavioral economics. He is currently working on topics regarding stigma, shame, and humiliation in contexts of poverty and social assistance, and the determinants and consequences of economic aspirations. He previously was a research and teaching assistant at Instituto de Economía, School of Economics and Management (Universidad de la República) where he obtained his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics.

 

Andrea Vigoritto. Researcher at Instituto de Economía, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración (Universidad de la República Uruguay). Her main fields of interest are inequality, poverty, and public policies. Since 2006 she coordinates the interdisciplinary research group Ethics, Economics and Justice jointly with Gustavo Pereira.
